All work shift change requests must be made in writing a minimum of 30 days in advance. All permanent work shift change requests must be made in writing a minimum of 60 days in advance. You are responsible for the shift that you are scheduled, even if you have changed shifts (Approved of Jamie or Yolanda) with another employee.
